The lab of Dr. Jie Liu at the University of Michigan Medical School is seeking a motivated full-time Research Assistant with a strong background in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields to join our research team at the University of Michigan Medical School. This project focuses on developing multimodal AI systems for Type 1 Diabetes (T1D) by integrating large-scale biomedical datasets, including genomics, single-cell omics, spatial biology, and clinical data. The successful candidate will work in an interdisciplinary environment alongside computational scientists, clinicians, and AI researchers.
